Alison Circle, Chief Customer Experience Officer for Columbus Metropolitan Library, will talk about history of their library system in Columbus, their current operation, and their vision for the future. Additionally, Jonathan Barnes, AIA, Principal at Jonathan Barnes Architecture and Design, and Michael Suriano, AIA, Senior Associate at NBBJ, will share their two new branches that they designed and are now under construction. The discussion will focus on the evolution of library design in history and how the future of this building type will adapt to new technology in the digital age.
