Promoting the Value of Architecture and Design
The Center for Architecture and Design builds connections among diverse people and organizations interested in architecture and design in Central Ohio. We seek to be the gateway for the exchange of ideas, education, conversation and debate, and the place where we elevate the importance of equity, quality design and architecture for our progressive city.
Connecting With Our Community
CFAD advocates for collaboration and inclusiveness within central Ohio’s creative community, mobilizing internal and external resources in a highly interactive and cooperative fashion. By encouraging public dialogue and participation through activities and diverse opportunities, CFAD hopes to raise the bar for design excellence, positive change toward diversity and equity in the design professions, and innovation in the Central Ohio community.
We offer several engaging events and activities open to the public throughout the year, such as design talks, architecture/design tours, exhibits and Camp Architecture and Design/High School Design Studio, our summer camp offerings for aspiring artists and designers.
